Expanding Eligible Projects for Tax Increment Financing Districts

SB – Enables municipalities to use TIF funds for anti-displacement activities in and around TIF districts. The bill also extends the amount of time a TIF district can exist from 20 to 25 years.

Tickets by Mail for Pittsburgh Parking Authority

SB – Would allow the Pittsburgh Parking Authority the ability to ticket by mail, issue tickets for obstructed license plates, and use license plate reading cameras to observe and document parking citations.

Parity of Gaming Across the Commonwealth (with Farry, Pennycuick and Tartaglione)

SB – This would bring parity to gaming across Pennsylvania by creating a new gaming license for establishments that serve alcohol including both clubs and bars. These licenses will allow casino slot machines, VGTs, or skill games to be places into these regulated establishments. The bill also calls for the licensing, regulation and taxation of skill games.
